Editors

Mary McMahon manages a portfolio career that includes work as a career counsellor. She has published extensively in the field of career development and her books, co-authored with Wendy Patton, as prescribed texts in many postgraduate courses in Australia and overseas.

Wendy Patton is head of the School of Learning and Professional Studies in the Faculty of Education at the Queensland University of Technology. She initiated and developed the Career Guidance Area of Interest in the Master of Education at QUT and presently coordinates those units. She has published extensively, including theory and practice books in the career development area.
