
Author Guidelines
The journal is published in May and November each year.Two issues comprise a volume of 7080 pages.
Original, scientific articles on all aspects of audiology are published.All manuscripts should be sent to:

Preparation of Manuscripts
Manuscripts should be typed on A4 size paper, with double spacing and generous margins. Manuscripts should be submitted in triplicate and authors should retain a copy for their own reference. Alternatively, electronic submission of the manuscript to the Editor is acceptable. The manuscripts should be in the following form:1. Title Page
Containing title of paper, name(s) and address(es), a notation, if applicable, of the scientific meeting at which the paper was presented.2. Abstract
Abstract of about 150 words. This should indicate the nature of the paper, the main research findings (if any) and conclusions.3. Text

5. References
References and Citations should be according to the American Psychological Association’s Publication Manual (5th ed., 2001).
Reference example:
Byrne, D., & Dillon, H. (1986). The National Acoustic Laboratories’ new hearing aid selection procedure for selecting the gain and frequency response of hearing aids. Ear and Hearing, 7, 257–265.
Citation example:
Byrne and Dillon (1986) asserted that hearing aids help patients.6. Tables and Figures
Tables should be identified by roman numerals, each table on a separate page.
Figures, each on a separate page, should be identified by Arabic numerals. Original black ink line drawings or high contrast black and white photographs may be submitted. Figures should be suitable for reduction to single column width
(65 mm), in most instances, or double column width (135 mm) if the informational content makes this essential. Figures should be supplied as hard copy only unless they can be provided in Adobe Illustrator, EPS or TIFF formats. They should be presented as laser or photographic bromide output at a minimum print density of 600 dpi and should not include shaded areas of grey, but instead use repeated patterns of lines or crosses.7. Legends for figures should be on a separate page.8. Appendices
Appendices may be used if essential. Footnotes are not acceptable.9. Text
Text should include an indication of approximate placement of tables and figures.
