About the Author

Dr Simon Moss is a senior lecturer in the School of Psychology, Psychiatry, and Psychological Medicine at Monash University and a cofounder of Zenith Professional Development, a company that has as developed a scientific tool identifying misconceptions in management. His primary research interest concerns how characteristics of organisations and societies, such as leadership, influence the psychological processes of individuals, such as creativity and intuition. To investigate these issues, he has published a broad range of articles in the fields of leadership, personality, motivation, integrity, perception, attention, and stress. He also presents lectures and tutorials in multivariate statistics and mathematical modelling, as well as consulting on workplace assessment and operational planning.  
Dr Ronald Francis is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow in Psychology at Monash University. In addition to his consulting expertise he has been a member of many professional committees, and has written many articles in psychology. He is the author of a number of books, including Ethics for Psychologists, Becoming a psychologist, and Ethics and corporate governance: and co-author of such books as the Professional psychology handbook, How to find out in psychology, and Private practice psychology.
